Mom, Dad, Dean and I are having a wonderful time! We went to see the Braves play the Phillies today. It was soooo HOT outside and we were in the sun the whole time! I have a pretty good sunburn. Dean is a little red as well. At least we had fun.
We have some very exciting news!!
This week, Dean found out that his first paper he has written in graduate school has been accepted, the first time, for PUBLICATION!! He gets to present his paper at a conference in Santa Clara, CA in October! It is amazing for someone's paper to be accepted the very first time. I am so very proud of my husband! Dean needs to have around 3-4 papers publish before he graduates with his PhD and he is definitely on track! YAY!!!!
